Ordering

 

I usually need a week to complete a new order if I do not have the picture in stock. Contact me at pictures@woolpictures.com to inquire. I am happy to accommodate small changes such as the skin, hair and eye color of figures. As each picture is unique, I will email you a photograph of the finished item when it is ready, so you can see the actual picture before shipping.

 

Commissions

If you would like to order a custom wool painting, please contact me by email.

I strive to complete custom pictures within two weeks of ordering, unless otherwise stated. I will send you a photograph of the finished picture before shipping to confirm you are happy with it.

 

Stores

If you would like to stock my pictures in your store or other business, contact me for terms.

 

Framing

All pictures are framed in wooden frames and ready to be hung.

 

Size and glazing

For size and glazing options please click on the individual pictures. I measure the actual image size within the frame.

 

Payment

I accept payment through PayPal.

 

Shipping

I usually ship the pictures via UPS (within the USA) or US postal service (for international orders). I will send you a tracking number of your package if available.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible.

Pictures can be returned within 14 days of purchase in the original wrapping and box and must be in perfect condition. The purchase price will be refunded and the buyer is responsible for shipping cost in both directions.
